Blog Post - September 14, 2021
Ulua Beach is located on the south end of Maui and has amazing snorkeling.
It has a free public parking lot along with bathrooms and showers.
This beautiful beach is great for snorkeling on the northern end of the beach around the rocks or just relaxing in the soft sand.
If you walk past the rocks, it takes you to Mokapu Beach.
This is what the public parking lot for Ulua Beach looks like:
As you walk down the sidewalk towards the beach, you will see public bathrooms and outside showers.
This is the view as you walk out onto the beach.
The north end of the beach has a rocky area with a reef that is great for snorkeling.
We saw big schools of fish.
We also saw an octopus!
Overall, we loved this beach and would recommend it for snorkeling and relaxing in the soft sand.
