Rainbow Falls Overlook at Wailuku River State ParkĀ on The Big Island of Hawaii

We went over to the Hilo side of the Big Island of Hawaii to visit the Rainbow Falls Overlook at Wailuku River State Park.
There is free parking, public bathrooms, and multiple places to view the waterfall.
It was raining the whole time we were there, but it was still worth the visit.
Rainbow Falls is located on the Hilo side of the Big Island of Hawaii.
As we pulled up we found that there is a free paved parking lot with public bathrooms.
There are multiple places to view the waterfall along with a staircase that takes you up for a direct view of the waterfall.
These are the different views of Rainbow Falls.
This was a quick visit, but was definitely worth it. It's so amazing to see this waterfall located in this residential neighborhood of Hilo.Ā
