Pelican Beach, North Caicos, Turks and Caicos Islands
Blog Post - June 13, 2024
Pelican Beach on North Caicos is located on the northern end of North Caicos in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
We had this beautiful beach all to ourselves.
We went snorkeling, swimming, and explored this amazing beach.
We took a sandy dirt road to get to the parking area.
Google Maps was a little off for parking. We went over two streets and found a parking area. The parking area was sandy so we would recommend driving a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
After parking, we walked out onto the beach and this is the view. Beautiful turquoise water and soft sand.
It was a hot day, so we got our snorkeling gear and got into the water to cool off, swim and snorkel.
The water was clear. The darker areas had sea grass. We didn't see many fish here, but it was still fun to explore.
After swimming and snorkeling, we got out and walked this beautiful beach. This is what it looks like
Overall, we had a great time at Pelican Beach on North Caicos. Having this beach all to ourselves was so relaxing and we would definitely go back.
