Pebbles Beach on The Big Island of Hawaii
Blog Post - Nov 13, 2023
Pebbles Beach is a black sand beach located on the southwest side of the Big Island of Hawaii.
Instead of black sand it is small pebbles.
The sound of the ocean crashing on these black pebbles is amazing.
We loved exploring this beach.
This map shows where Pebbles Beach is located.
We turned into the Kona Paradise subdivision.
This is a no outlet subdivision that you follow a steep road down to the beach.
We turned into the parking lot and got out to start exploring.
We found that the entire beach is made of small black pebbles.
This beach was awesome. We loved the sound the pebbles would make as the waves crashed against them.
We would highly recommend visiting this beach on your next trip to the Big Island of Hawaii.
