Ocean Walk Condo, Unit 122, Miami Beach, Florida

The Ocean Walk Condo is on Miami Beach - South Beach in Florida.

We rented Unit 122 for our stay in Miami.

It is close to the cruise terminal and backs up to the beach.

This is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit located on the first floor. 

You can see on the map how it is located right on the beach and close to the cruise port.

This is what the front of the Ocean Walk Condo looks like:

On the right hand side of the building, there is a gate that leads you to where all of the lock boxes are located. This is also where the garbage cans are located.

We got our key and used that to go into the front door.

As you walk into the foyer, you walk straight to the stairs and that will take you to the hallway with all of the condo units for the main floor.

In the middle of the hallway there are two doors labeled "Laundry". When you open these doors you'll find some washers and dryers. We used these and you use an app to pay for each load.

Two doors down on the left is Unit 122.

As you walk into the condo, there is a dining room area, a living room, and a kitchen. The living room has a wall unit a/c unit.

The kitchen has a sink, stove top, microwave, plenty of dishes, a refrigerator and a freezer.

From the kitchen there is a sliding door that leads to the bedroom. The bedroom has 2 beds, closets, and a wall a/c unit. It also has a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

From our unit, we turned left in the hallway and walked down to the door. This door takes you to some stairs that take you out to the walkway that takes you to the pool and the beach.

From the pool area there is a locked gate. This is the gate that you go through to get to the beach. You can use a key fob or key to get back in.

From the gate, there is a dirt trail that takes you up to the paved path.

From the brick path, we walked to the right to the path to the beach.

One of the things we loved about this unit is that it included a daily beach chair and umbrella rental from Esteban's Place.

We loved hanging out on Miami Beach. Here are a few photos of what it looks like.

Overall, we loved staying at the Ocean Walk Condo. This was a great location for us to get to the cruise port terminal and direct access to Miami Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented Unit 122 through VRBO.com.

It came out to $180 per night for 4 nights. After all of the fees and taxes, it came out to $1,072.30.

These are the checklist items I recommend:

• The unit provided beach towels, so we didn't need our own.
• Sunscreen
• We brought our snorkeling gear, but Miami Beach isn't really a great snorkeling beach. We didn't use our gear.
• Beach Chairs and Umbrella Rentals are included.
• Money for parking, food, and activities.
