Muddy Creek Mining Company Cabins in Hanksville, Utah
Blog Post -Ā SeptemberĀ 30 to October 1, 2023
We spent the weekend in Hanksville, Utah to explore the Bentonite Hills, The Spire, Factory Butte, and the Moonscape Overlook.
We stayed at the Muddy Creek Mining Company Cabins.
These small little cabins were perfect for this trip.
We had three of us and it was plenty of room to spread out, but cozy at the same time.
Hanksville is located in central Utah. The Address to the Muddy Creek Mining Company Cabins is 280 E 100 N, Hanksville, UT 84734.
We stayed in Unit #15. You can see it on this map. We had a parking spot by the fence.
This is a tour of our cabin, cabin #15.
We had a picnic table and a small porch with a bench.
As you walk to the doorway, they have a shoe cleaner to get the dirt off. The doors have an electronic code so you don't need keys. This made it easy for our check-in process.
We rented a cabin with two queen size beds. It also had a large TV, a desk, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect place to come back to after a full day of hiking and exploring. We would highly recommend staying here.
