Kokomo Beach, Curacao

Kokomo Beach is a beautiful beach located on the southwest side of Curacao.

This beach has amazing snorkeling.

They also have a dive shop, a restaurant, beach volleyball court, bathrooms and showers. 

As you drive up you'll park for free in their unpaved parking lot.

There is a gate to get in, but there is no charge to enter.

After we parked, we headed over to the gated entrance. It's free to get in, so you just walk through the door.

As you walk in and go to the left, there is a dive shop where you can rent snorkel gear or dive gear. This is the sign with the rental fees.

They also have bathrooms, which are free to use. If you want to take a shower you will end up paying 50 cents.

They also have a restaurant.

We walked to the north side of the beach and saw that they have a beach volleyball court.

They also have a bar area where you can order drinks or pay for the rental beach chairs or cabanas.

We went to the side of the beach, laid out our towels and went snorkeling.

Overall, we loved this beach. The snorkeling was great and they have great amenities. We would highly recommend this beach on your next trip to Curacao.

The parking is free. You had the option to rent snorkel gear, diving gear, beach chairs, or cabanas. We brought our own snorkel gear and just laid out our towels so we didn't pay anything to visit.

These are the checklist items I recommend:

• Bring a hat to keep the sun off of your face.
• Bring sunscreen
• Bring your own snorkeling gear
• Bring cash if you want to rent beach chairs, eat at the restaurant, or rent snorkel gear.
