KayakĀ Beach by the Cruise Port, North Bimini, Bahamas
Blog Post -Ā July 18, 2024
On our cruise to Bimini in the Bahamas, we got to explore Kayak Beach.
This small little beach is only 0.33 miles from the cruise port on North Bimini.
This beach has a lot of jet skis, kayaks, canoes, and boats, so we didn't do any snorkeling here.
It's a great beach to relax in the sun.
It's located on North Bimini in about the center of the island on the east side.
When we got off of our cruise ship, we walked 0.33 miles toĀ Kayak Beach.
You have the choice of taking the free tram or walking.Ā
We decided to walk to see the beautiful views from the bridge.
As we left the port, there were signs on the sidewalk pointing us the right direction.Ā
On your right, you'll see a big arch and then across the street is Kayak Beach.
After crossing the street we saw a bunch of stands. Some of them were open and some closed. There were a lot of excursions that met up here.
We walked past the stands and over to the beach area.
Kayak Beach has a lot of Jet Skis, kayaks, and boats. Because of this, we didn't get in the water to do any snorkeling here. So we just enjoyed this beautiful beach all to ourselves.
We didn't spend much time at Kayak Beach, but we did enjoy our time here. Next time, we'll have to rent a kayak or jet ski from this beach.
