BryanaĀ Beach, Great Exuma, Bahamas
Blog Post - June 11, 2023
Bryana Beach is a small beach located south of George Town on Great Exuma.
This beach is located next to Man-O-War Cay and has very shallow water.
We saw a stingray while we were there.
This is a peaceful beach to relax.
You take the Queen's Highway heading south from George Town. You'll make a left onto a paved road and then a right onto a dirt road. You can see where you make your first turn on this map:
At the end of the dirt road, there is a parking lot by a cemetery. You can park there and walk or drive the one lane road to the beach. We drove and parked, but the parking is very limited.
We parked at the top of the road and walked down to the beach. As we got to the beach it was high tide. We were told that at low tide you can walk over to Man-O-War Cay. At high tide, you'll see some boats going through.
It was overcast when we arrived, but then the sun came out and really lit up the water.
From this aerial view, you can see the parking lot, the above ground cemetery, and the road to Bryana Beach.
We saw a stingray while we were there.
Overall, we loved this small little beach. We want to come back at low tide and walk over to Man-O-War Cay.
