Babalua Beach, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands
Blog Post - June 20, 2024
Babalua Beach is a beautiful beach located on the north side of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
As we drove to Babalua Beach, the road got really narrow and then it curves left onto a dirt road to a small parking lot. This parking lot can fit 3 or 4 cars max.
We walked out onto the beach and these are the beautiful views of the beach and ocean.
We got into the water to snorkel by the rock jetty. We saw lots of little fish and some small barracudas. The water was really shallow and easy to navigate.
After snorkeling we got out and walked to the east side of the beach. There is a large rocky area where you can see the entry to the harbor.
The water was really shallow here too. We got in with just our masks and snorkeled a little bit. We didn't see much over here.
Then we headed over to the west side of the beach. This side was rocky, but had a few spots that were sandy to get into the water.
Overall, we had a great time at Babalua Beach. We loved swimming and snorkeling here and would come back again.
