On our trip to Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos, we stayed at 22 Forbes Road.

This is a review of our stay at this Airbnb property.

This is a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a pool in the back.

We were traveling with our entire family so we needed a house with more bedrooms and plenty of parking as we had 2 cars.

As we pulled up to the property, we noticed a welcome sign on the outside wall.

The driveway was great as we had room for both of our vehicles and even room to turn around if we wanted to.

The backyard had a pool, a patio, a porch, a grill and a table to eat.

As we entered the house, we noticed that you could use a key or the the keypad door lock. Our reservation had provided us with the keypad door lock combination, so we used that for our entire stay.

As we walked into the house, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the left hand side. The bathroom had two sinks, a toilet, and a bathtub and shower. Although the house has central air conditioning, both bedrooms had wall unit air conditioners to keep those rooms nice and cool. 

As we walked down the hallway, to the right is another bedroom/bathroom, a laundry room and a 2-car garage. It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer during our stay.

At the end of the main hallway is the kitchen, dining area, and living room.

They did have a coffee maker and a toaster on the counter. They also had a refrigerator, a stove, oven, double sink, and a dishwasher.

In the back far right corner is the master bedroom, two closets and a bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, a toilet, and a large shower.

We loved the location of this house. It was close to the beach and some of the best snorkeling at the Bight Reef (Coral Gardens Reef). It was also very close to Grace Bay and local shopping.

This is a beautiful property with lots of room to stretch out. I wanted to give this five stars, but because of the issues we had, I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars. We had two days were the toilets wouldn't flush because of a full septic system and the showers wouldn't drain. We read in the reviews that this has since been serviced and fixed. With that being fixed, we would definitely stay at this property again.

These are the things that you should know about the property:

• You won't need a key to the front door as they have a keypad to get in.
• They had plenty of towels for showering and for the pool.
• They had a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a dishwasher so you can go grocery shopping and have the things you need to cook and cleanup.
